Q: What is the rationale for using sRGB and perceptual colorimetrics
for jpg submitted images?
A: The projector we are using for the competition is an Epson
Powerlite 73C, which support the sRGB color space. The projector
will be calibrated in the sRGB color space. All of the information
contained herein are recommendations only -- all submissions are
the sole responsibility of the maker. Makers can feel free to
make your images in any manner you like. Additionally, images
are displayed at 1024X768 pixels XGA with a brightness of 1500
ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 500:1. These specifications
are subject to change with projector availability.
