"I joined the club in 1978, looking for a way to put
my art school background to use and have never regretted it
for one minute and I like to think that I have been instrumental
in shaping what the club has become over the years as I have
been chairman for almost every committee there is plus president
for 5 years. To me the club is like a second family and I
can’t picture my life without it."

I am a Nikon user with an N80
and a F100,with film gathering cobwebs still in both! I recently
purchased a D70 and with the help of good friends am slowly
learning its capabilities. Friends are a bonus of this great
club, and I am fortunate to have many. |

"I describe myself as a nature photographer, but the bulk of my work
is quite eclectic. It has been my habit over the years, if possible
to carry a camera with me as I drive around and that has paid off
with some unusual images. As my first two images show I have a “love
affair” with a lighthouse (Annisquam in Gloucester). My card says
“photography for the joy of it” and that has always been my motto
from day one with a camera. Make every day as "joyful" as possible!" |
