"I was introduced to the club by a member and joined 8 years ago. I had a 5 year hiatus while I pursued another interest (and my film camera broke); I just recently got a digital camera and am very glad to be back! This club really does help you to become a better photographer. Being around like minded photographers and entering competitions helps refine your skills. As Proverbs 27:17 says, 'As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.' "

"I generally shoot in low light with long exposures, at dawn, dusk or night. I prefer simple, fine art type images in black & white or color images that basically have one color.
I am very critical of my work. The way I judge every image I take, is would I be willing to hang it on my wall." |
